Kalm graduated from the University of Oxford in 2016, with a degree in History from St Hugh’s College. He served as VP of Oxford ACS 2014/15, and coordinated the first ACS Annual Access Conference in 2013. A former investment banker in Rothschild & Co’s Global Financial Advisory division, he currently works for The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC) supporting public, private and third sector organisations to amplify their positive social impact.
A Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, Alumni Advisory Board member for Sponsors of Equal Opportunity (SEO) London, and a school governor; he is passionate about improving diversity and access to opportunity, with a strong focus on education, public services and professional development. He is also an independent advisor to the University of Oxford’s Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach office. Of Mauritian and Antiguan heritage he is proud to be a symbol of Afro-Caribbean unity.
