Choosing your career can be a daunting prospect for some and although it is something many have given some thought to, it may still prove to be a cause of indecision. The diversity of subject choices and interests of the members of our ACS mean that the fields in which people wish to pursue a career after university are equally varied. What we endeavour to do is to help our members take the necessary steps during their time at university to explore possible options. There are numerous insight days, vacation schemes and internship opportunities available in whichever field they choose to go into. Working closely with our sponsors, including some of the world’s leading firms in law, banking and finance, management consulting and Teach First, we provide a platform for students to engage with a large variety of industries. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion allows us to connect top firms with our diverse and talented members.
Our commitee is dedicated to maximising opportunities for our contingent. We aim to do this through a variety of different initiatives, including our Meet the Sponsors event and our ACS Women’s Network.
We also make use of our own network to provide advice to our students. We are happy to answer questions and give guidance to our current students on how to make a competitive application.
If you are interested in working with Oxford ACS in a sponsorship capacity, or if you are a current student looking for general career-related advice and the latest opportunities, please email our Sponsorship and Careers Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
